Roxborough Ave at Schofield

Strengths: Great neighborhood keen on skating. Strong supporters and celebrities skate here and will appreciate all efforts made to improve the rink. This rink already has some connections with local schools.

Areas for improvement: Ice quality needs improvement through a reliable maintenance schedule. Building layout makes it impossible for staff or users to monitor the ice. Staff cannot monitor the changeroom either.

Next steps: arrange ice maintenance better. Reorganize the changeroom and staff rooms, add a window to see the rink. Minimal snack bar and tuck shop. Have weekly family-skate and youth events.
