Strengths: Lovely changeroom design with lots of natural light, windows on the rink; no separate staff room; close to main road for safety. Good-quality rink.
Areas for improvement: Lots. The rink house looks slummy. It needs paint, cleaning, everything. The furniture is third-rate, nothing looks like it ever went in there new.
Next steps: Build a counter for a skate-lending program and a snack bar. Put benches outside. Add a weekly campfire program, tournaments, special events with DJ
