News bulletin: North York Rinks will be unlocked for the public

North York recreation manager Costanza Allevato sent this good news:

I thought you would like to know that commencing Feb 13th, all outdoor rinks in North York district will be open for public Pleasure Skating when the rinks do not have permits or PFR programs in progress. The rinks will be available from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Our priority is to make the rinks available for the remainder of the season so we are posting laminated/temporary signs at the facilities until proper signage can be installed.

There is still ambiguity about unsupervised shinny hockey at North York rinks. But it's available at the other city outdoor rinks, so hopefully North York will catch up soon.
