Strengths: Since this rink has no permits, it’s always accessible to the neighborhood. Good shinny hockey.
Areas for improvement: This rink lost some points because of no washrooms. That means that skaters from further away may have a problem. Also, some ice sections need repair. No “pleasure skating only” times (i.e. not enforced).
Next steps: Fix ice. Open the washrooms every day, if there are some in the building. Otherwise, plan to put some in. Have a (rec-staffed) weekly family-pleasure-skating event – canvas skaters for the best time
