RINK REPORT CARD: 2007-2008

JJP/Giovani Caboto/Earlscourt

D

1367 St. Clair Ave. W.

416-392-7762

Strengths: Double pad, very roomy rink change room area, good location

Areas for improvement: This rink lost a lot of marks for being closed too often, being dingy, staff often hard to find, and the way that strict enforcement of helmets made rink use plummet (especially youth).

Next steps: Remove a wall between change rooms and add two windows to the rink, to make a welcoming community space. Put staff into this space. Add a snack bar. Weekly family and youth events.
