Outdoor rinks skate lending programs citywide.

The first round of inquiries went to city councillors on September 11. The letter and the response is here.

The second inquiry (including a follow-up phone call) went to the same councillors on October 11. Correspondence is here.

The third and final inquiry (including a follow-up phone call) went to the same councillors on October 25. Correspondence is here.

The Regent Rink proposal, made after David Rothberg's offer of a $3000 donation, is here.

The councillors either ignored the offer or passed along the message from Recreation management, who said that -- despite an outdoor rinks budget of over $6 million for 12 weeks a year -- they are not capable of offering skate lending at any more neighbourhood outdoor city rinks. Offer declined.
