Strengths: Since this rink has no permits, it’s always accessible to the neighborhood. Good shinny hockey.
Areas for improvement: This rink lost points because it has no washrooms. Also there is no clear access or labeled parking lot.
Next steps: If the compressor building has washrooms, open them to the public. Clarify access and parking. Have a (rec-staffed) weekly family-pleasure-skating event – canvas skaters for the best time.
