A group is being formed through the community association for the benefit of our community in our local parks, involvement is open to all who wish to participate. The Curran Hall community is fortunate to have access to four parks close to home, Botany Hill Park, Curran Hall Ravine Park, Heather Heights Park, and on the west side of the Highland Creek, Morningside Park. The purpose of the group is to explore ideas of what you would like to see in your local parks, and discuss what you like or don’t like about them and how the can be improved. It will be an opportunity to work towards common goals with people in your community who also believe in the importance and potential of these common areas close to home. Whether you would like to see some changes in the playground equipment, the dog park, or in putting together a community vegetable or butterfly garden, or have other ideas that can be explored. Your input is needed and valued. A meeting will be arranged in the new year and if you are interested in participating please contact us

This rink is right beside the Curran Hall Community Centre. It was locked when we visited in the daytime, but a recreation staff person saw us looking through the door and opened up to give us some information.
