Sample rink prime-time schedules (after 5 weekdays and all day weekends), for drop-in (free) skating per week, out of total hours of 51:

Glen Long (Councillor Colle): 2 hours and 15 minutes over-18 shinny, 5 hours youth shinny, 5 hours under-12 shinny, no women’s shinny, 5 hours and 45 minutes pleasure skating. Total per week: 12 hours and 15 minutes free shinny, 5 hours 45 minutes free pleasure-skating

Broadlands (Councillor Minnan-Wong): – no over-18 shinny time at all, 2 hours for youth, 2.45 for under 12, 6 hours pleasure-skating, no women’s shinny. Total per week: free shinny time: 4 hours and 45 minutes, free pleasure-skating: 6 hours

Irving Chapley (Councillor Pasternak): 3 hours over-18 shinny, 7 hours youth shinny, 3 hours under 12, 7 hours pleasure-skating. Total per week: free shinny time: 13 hours, free pleasure-skating 7 hours

Cedarvale (Councillor Mihevc): 6 hours over-18 shinny, 5 hours for youth, 3 and a half hours caregiver-child after working hours, 2 1/2 hours girls’ shinny, 1 1/2 hours women’s shinny, 14 hours pleasure-skating. Total per week: Free shinny time: 28 hours, free pleasure-skating: 19

Greenwood (Councillor Fletcher): 4 hours over-18 shinny, women 4, youth 11 hours and 15 minutes, 6 for children plus two more for girl children. Total per week: 37.15 free shinny, all day free pleasure-skating (double pad)

Dufferin (Councillor Bailao): youth shinny 10 hours, 9 hours over 18, 10 hours 15 minutes kids under 12, beginners’ shinny, 2 1/2 hours, women’s shinny 2 hours. Total per week: 38 hours free shinny, all day pleasure-skating (double pad)

Sir Adam Beck: (Councillor Grimes) adult shinny two and a half, youth one hour, child 3, child and caregiver 2 1/2, public skating 8. Total per week: free shinny 9 hours, free pleasure-skating 8 hours hours
